Since I do not have my boys for Easter Sunday I decided to do our Easter a week early. It was one of those perfect days where everything you plan actually works out like you want it to. we started out by having homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast and then the boys did a little Easter egg hunt and got to go through their baskets from mom. They each got a mini pillow pet that they wanted with their basket so they played mini pillow pets for a while. Then our friend Eric got there and we dyed eggs. Then we relaxed as I finished cooking a yummy turkey dinner- which surprisingly everything turned out like it should. After dinner we got all dressed up in our Easter clothes and went and took family pictures at Gardner Village, it was perfect weather for it and we got some good shots in. Then we all went to my sister's house and hung out with my family for a little while- the kids got to play outside and enjoy the spring weather. All in all it was a good day.

I was excited to see how the chicken eggs turned out - they look really good! You made a great memory for your boys and a tradition that they will love for years to come!
